First Visit to Wadebridge Chiropractic Clinic
New Patients will be greeted by name at the reception desk by our friendly CA’s. Upon arrival you will be directed to our comfortable and well lit seating area, where your friends and family are more than welcome to join you.
Health History
You will be given paperwork to fill out detailing your Health history and your current health status. This may take up to 15 minutes. If you have any trouble with vision, writing or reading please don’t hesitate to ask for help, we are here to help you. If you feel more comfortable completing the paperwork in the comfort of your own home please call into the clinic before your appointment and pick up the paperwork.
Physical Examination
At this stage you will be taken to the Physical examination room where you will be greeted by your Chiropractor. This part of the process includes a further history taking and exploration of your current and past health. This will be followed by a full physical examination and may include an X-ray if clinically justified.
This process will take up to 60 minutes.
Report of Findings
Next up…Your Report of Findings. We will set up time on your second visit to go over the results of your examination.
